Tired of Time Management Struggles?
Are you or your student constantly late or stressed?
Are you or your student overwhelmed with deadlines or schoolwork?
Are there missing assignments or reports?
Do big projects get put off until the last minute?
Are you exhausted from nagging and worrying?
Seeing My Time® Can Help
Seeing My Time® (SMT) is a brain-based approach to supporting the executive function skills of planning, time-management and organization.
It is an interactive, 9-week curriculum which follows a workbook created by Marydee Sklar. Additional sessions may be necessary depending on the number of participants and their individual needs.
The workbook is designed to be visual, supporting many learning differences, including participants with dyslexia.
SMT is designed to help participants understand why they struggle. This creates the accountability and buy-in to actually use the tools and strategies presented in the curriculum.
The SMT program is intended for students age 11 through adults.
Students under age 18 must participate with at least one parent present in the sessions. Family support is very important to the success of the program.
Seeing My Time Family Group Classes will be scheduled throughout the year. Individual families may schedule classes at their convenience.
